The remaining proprietor of the defunct Sembule steel mills Christopher Sembuya has appealed for state intervention to help him recover the factory he lost a few years ago. In a recent interview with NTV, the 87 year old, who was one of Uganda’s first indigenous industrialists, says government should consider supporting local entrepreneurs.
