After 8 days of home arrest National Unity Platform (NUP) Robert Kyagulanyi has been allowed to see some of his lawyers.
According to one of the lawyers, Benjamin Katana, Kyagulanyi is distressed due to the limitations to his movement but he is physically fine and calls upon his supporters to remain strong.
In a related development the High Court in Kampala has set Monday 25th, January 2021 as the date for the ruling on whether to rule on whether former Presidential Candidate Kyagulangyi and his wife are being illegally detained at their home in Magere, Kasangati, Wakiso district.
