Connie Galiwango the newly elected Member of Parliament for Mbale City has dismissed her rival Lydia Wanyoto’s claims that she was cheated in the recently concluded elections. She has instead urged Lydia Wanyoto to accept defeat, following the poll. Galiwango says Wanyoto was defeated her hands down with big margin of over 16,000 votes. Wanyoto on Monday addressed the media that she is considering dragging Connie Galiwango to court, to have the result overturned.
