The Minister of Energy, Irene Muloni, has said the relevant institutions still have a lot to do to ensure that more Ugandans have access to electricity.
The minister, who was speaking during the opening of a conference organised by the Electricity Regulatory Authority in Entebbe on Thursday, said it was unfortunate that many Ugandans still had no access to electricity yet the country was producing more than it can currently consume.
