The Uganda National Examinations Board has described examination malpractice as a national security threat which must be dealt with by security agencies.
The Primary Leaving Examinations released today showed results of 2559 candidates from 26 concealed due to examination malpractices.
The chairperson of Uneb Prof Mary Okwakol says starting this year, distribution of examination papers will be escorted by security agencies from storage stations to sitting centres.
