UK to fund efforts to grow Public–private partnerships in Uganda

Public–private partnerships remain the single most preferred value preposition to unlock the potential of the private sector in capital mobilisation for infrastructure development.

The UK government through it’s development arm DFID is funding efforts to raise capacity for some of Uganda’s government departments towards PPPs and about 1M pounds was committed for this program.
