Bank of Uganda’s deputy governor Louis Ksekende says SMEs remain the single largest contributors to the economy, yet to be fully exploited to boost the country’s wavering productivity levels.
This years’ top 100 mid-sized survey has seen a number of indigenous-owned firms scale up the ladder inspire a shaky economic environment. Dr Kasekende was speaking at the 9th Top 100 Midsized survey gala dinner in Kampala.
