A number of parents in Pader district are up in arms over a school policy that grants its administration the powers to confiscate their cattle and poultry if they fail to pay their children’s school fees.
The parents of Oyuku gala-gala primary school denounced the policy, which they say, was unilaterally passed by the school authorities.
