Rural school performance improves

The disparity in performance between rural and urban schools seems to be narrowing as the Uganda National Examination Board tightens its grip on exam malpractice. The shift is being attributed to increased learning time in rural areas and exposure, resulting in good grades as seen in the just released primary Leaving Examination results.
