#PMLive: WINNIE KIIZA SPEAKS ON THE STATE OF AFFAIRS IN KASESE

For those that know her, she is a woman who wears many hats.
From being a successful business woman and politician who was a district councilor from 1998-2005 before joining Parliament in 2006 to represent Kasese district.
We are talking about the first female leader of opposition in parliament Winfred Kiiza.
She is an FDC stalwart in western Uganda who attended SAAD Memorial S.S.S Bweera Kasese and St. Maria Gorretti S.S.S Katende for her “O” AND “A” levels respectively before joining Kyambogo University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in procurement and logistics.
She holds a master’s degree in Peace and conflict studies from Makerere University.
Our Reporter Mubarak Mugabo spoke to the leader of opposition in Parliament and Kasese Woman Representative Winfred Kizza and shared her thoughts on the peace recovery in Kasese district, her experience as the first woman leader of opposition in Parliament and the state of affairs in the country.
