The State Minister of Health for General Duties, Sarah Opendi has refuted claims that government is to bring doctors from Cuba to overcome the crisis created by the recently suspended doctors’ strike.
The minister was appearing before parliament’s committee on health headed by Bukuya MP Dr. Michael Bukenya to give an update on the progress of implementing the agreement reached at with the striking doctors and the Mental Health bill 2014.
