New Vision under the Vision Group has injected 50 million shillings in the third edition of the National Social Security Funds Seven Hills Run scheduled for 25th March 2018.
New Vision unveiled the cash package at the run launch held this morning at Mbuya Church of Uganda Primary School.
The dummy Cheque was received by the NSSF boss Richard Byarugaba.
Others that have contributed to this year’s run are Galaxy with 30 million shillings; Nation media 25 million shillings and Pinnacle Uganda contributed 5 million shillings.
The runners are to cover the Kampala seven hills that include Nsambya, Kibuli, Nakasero, Rubaga, Namirembe, Mengo and Old Kampala.
The proceeds to facilitate the construction a Primary Seven block at Mbuya Church of Uganda Primary School which is in a miserable state.
Last year, the money was used in refurbishing Makerere University Primary school among others.
