Three of the four men implicated in the murder of former Assistant Inspector General of Police Andrew Felix Kaweesi have again failed to secure their release on bail before Nabweru magistrates court.
Aramazan Higenyi , Bruhan Balyejjusa and Shaffic Kasujja were returned to Luzira prison on Wednesday after prison authorities informed the International Crimes Division of the High court that they had a warrant to present the three before Nabweru court today on charges of procuring National IDs in other people’s names.
The magistrate asked the three men to pay six million shillings before they could secure the bail.
