Shadow minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Medard Lubega Ssegona says the opposition will push for a private members bill on electoral reforms. The bill by Shadow Attorney General Wilfred Niwagaba suffered a setback earlier this year after the Finance Minister declined to give the legislator a certificate of Financial Implication. Sseggona says the certificate has been obtained by operation of Law, a status gained after 60 days. He spoke at a public lecture at Kyambogo University in Kampala.
