Juba braces for new effort to unify sworn enemies

South Sudan President Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar agreed on Thursday to form a unity government, a long-delayed step towards ending more than six years of war. The rival South Sudanese politicians have been have overseen a conflict that has left about 380,000 people dead and 4 million displaced.
