A cross-section of Central Bank Governors drawn from 20 African countries who are meeting in Kampala have called for better fiscal management among African states in order to build traction for Economic Growth.
The Governors pointed out the constraints that poor fiscal management has on prudent monetary implementation, arguing that the African Union may be petitioned to encourage fiscal discipline among member countries.
